Enrichment
IPS has introduced an exciting new enrichment programme during the school day to complement the subjects taught in school and enhance the experience for the pupils beyond the academic curriculum.
Activities taught include learning new methods of communication (e,g, sign language, morse code, or semaphore), podcasting, outdoor and adventurous activities, magic, gardening, and charity work.

After-school activities programme
IPS Cascais offers various after-school activities to develop character, resilience, and motivation.
Staff, parents and specialists organise and get involved with our enrichment activities. Most, except surfing and rugby, are held on the school premises.
We set the programme at the beginning of the year; however, we will gladly add to this list if there’s enough interest in a suggested activity.
Foundation Stages | Primary | Secondary |
---|---|---|
Dance and movement | Fencing | TBC |
Eco-multi crafts | Nature craft club | |

Additional activities beyond the enrichment programme include a Homework Club, individual music lessons, and tennis lessons on a Saturday.
Our parent activities provide a chance to socialise, meet other families and get good exercise!
