IPS Cascais British International School warmly welcomes children from all over the world. With +40 years’ experience, we are a growing private school and proud of our heritage and reputation within the Lisbon area.
A Globeduate member, IPS Cascais offers the National Curriculum of England to both Primary and Secondary-aged children, blending a family environment with an enriching global education.
The best way to find out about the school ethos is to fill in the form and come and visit us in person. We interview throughout the year and are always happy to meet prospective families.

Places are mainly awarded on a first-come, first-served basis, depending on availability. Priority is given to:
- Siblings of current students
- Children whose first language is not Portuguese or have had the majority of their education in English
- First language English speakers
- Families from a number of organisations with whom IPS has long-standing protocols.

Demand for Schools in Lisbon
Demand for school places in our area has increased dramatically over the last few years and we recommend contacting the school as soon as possible. Requesting information, booking a visit and scheduling a meeting with the team does not commit you in any way. Fees will only be charged if/when IPS can offer a place to your child.
