Staff Profile
Michelle Farrell is a creative educator, with a passion for keeping learning fun and relevant. After 7 years of teaching in sunny Dubai, Shellie is thrilled to be back in Europe, especially the vibrant green landscapes of Portugal. She believes that learning should be fun, and uses her creative side to create engaging and innovative learning experiences. During her spare time, she loves spending time in nature with my dog, reading or doing yoga.
Leo has been a teacher at IPS for 10 years and is now the Deputy Head, Teaching and Learning. He began as a KS2 teacher, following which he became a KS3 Maths teacher. He firmly believes that by creating a happy, engaging learning environment where children feel safe, valued, and inspired, they will thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
Jonny Haines is the Outdoor and Experiential Learning Teacher at IPS. His boundless enthusiasm and belief that the IPS curriculum is more than indoors based lessons. Leading The Journey programme and by taking learning outside he enables our pupils to contextualise the world they live in.
Hello, I’m Chloe Tabley, Primary Teacher and I recently joined the Globeducate familiy at IPS. I relocated from Malaysia with my family, where I held a number of leadership positions.I feel that having good fortune of being led by outstanding leaders, it was beneficial to my own leadership journey, ideas with which i can now impart to the pupils at IPS.
